We allow returns of eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Monogrammed or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original packaging

• Unwashed and unworn

• Free from odors, including smoke and pet odors

• With original tags attached

We cannot accept returns on items that:

• Have been worn (even once)

• Have odors, stains, or signs of use

• Have come into contact with smoke, deodorant, or pet hair

• Have had tags removed

Shipping Fees:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
