We allow returns of eligible items within 7 days of receiving an order. However, monogrammed items that are customized to your preference cannot be returned. For an item to be eligible for returns, it must be in its original packaging and unwashed and unworn. We cannot accept items that have been worn, have odors, stains, or have come in contact with smoke, deodorant, or dog hair. We also do not accept items that have been worn once or had their tags removed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
