This little pump was great for my first wearable. I often used the pump and did two stimulation cycles to try and get 2 letdowns. I average about 2oz per side when all parts were working. The aforementioned is what dropped the rating down. I had issues with one of the valves so it did not extract milk well. However, Leslie, was very responsive and helped problem solve. Because of the excellent customer service, I have given this pump 4 stars! I’d purchase again because the silicone flange and flange inserts were so awesome in providing comfort. The flange tunnel is slightly short which had me concerned because I deal with elastic nipples, however, I found this pump to be overall a comfortable experience.
